Fort Edward---- A soldier in the New York National Guard has been sentenced up to 6 years in state prison after numerous child porn had been downloaded on his computer and found in his possession.Ross E. Pardy, 22, also a volunteer fireman, pleaded guilty to two felony charges of possession of a sexual performance by a child.
A Washington County Judge sentenced him to 1 - 3 year prison terms on each charge, which will be served consecutively.
