Babysitter Arrested For Forcible Rape Of 5-year-old


Milford, MA - An 18-year-old teen has been arrested for forcible rape of a 5-year-old boy he was babysitting. According to the criminal complaint filed, Nehemiah Gonzalez admitted to detectives that he forced the boy to perform oral sex on him. Authorities decline to say how long the abuse lasted.

"The alleged victim told a team of investigators, which included detectives and assistant district attorneys, that he didn't want to do what Gonzalez said. "I told him it was yucky but he said no, it's not yucky," the boy said, according to the complaint filed by Detective Michael Mastroianni."

Gonzalez is being held at the Worcester County House of Correction on a $50,000 cash bail. He is facing 10 years to life in state prison if convicted of raping a child by force. He is also charged with indecent assault and battery on a child under 14.

Jeremy M. Synder Is So Not Harry Potter

Registered sex offender arrested for rape.

Jeremy Snyder, 28 of Herkimer, NY, is a level two sex offender. A level two means the offender has a "medium" risk to offend again. He also goes by the alias "Harry Potter" due to a some resemblance to the fictional character. In 2001, he was convicted of sexual abuse in the first degree. His victim was a 16-year-old girl.


Snyder has been arrested for another sex crime, forcible rape of a 13-year-old girl. He has a MySpace account in which he states, "I thrive for female companionship. It's just I get along better with girls than I do with guys." That's probably true, most guys just aren't into creepy little sex offenders who look like Harry Potter.

Snyder is now kicking back in the Herkimer County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000 bail and $50,000 bail bond. Maybe Big Bubba is a huge Potter fan and will say, "I have a magic wand for you."

Deputy Craig Wlaschin Has A Child Porn Problem

Lexington County cop arrested.

Lexington, SC - Deputy Craig Edward Wlaschin, 25, has a problem, and not just any little problem. An ex-girlfriend snitched him off as to having child porn on his home computer. After being brought in for questioning, he told deputies that he "had a problem" and signed a written confession stating that he had "knowingly" downloaded child porn on his computer in 2009 and 2010. Wlaschin's work computer was seized and is being examined by SLED. He has been charged with second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and and fired from his two year job as a deputy. Bond has been set at $100,000.

Fyi, Wlaschin has a MySpace and goes by the handle, iroc_dis. He's a nice guy who tells everyone to "go fuck themselves". He can be found all over the internet using his really cool Myspace name. The only thing positive I can see on his account is that he doesn't want kids.

Twofer Pervy Tuesday - Micah Stern and Jeremy Scott Powell

Micah Stern wanted it his way at McDonalds

New York - Micah Stern, 39, thought he was going to meet up with a 14-year-old boy in the restroom at McDonalds. The New York City resident was going out of town for a funeral in Cedarburg.


Not wanting to make the visit to Cedarburg be a total waste of time, as Stern posted an ad on Craigslist titled, “Coach seeking boy”. The ad said, “I am into younger guys who like aggressive men”, which included two cartoon images of a man and a younger having sex. See criminal complaint (graphic details)

Stern showed up at McDonalds with a box of condoms, lube, and great expectations. Instead of meeting a boy for sex, Stern met LE and ended up being arrested. His goodies, along with two laptops were confiscated by police. He is now out on bond.

Jeremy Scott Powell was looking for love at the park.

Alabama - Police arrested 23-year-old Jeremy Powell when he traveled to meet a 15-year-old girl for sex in Ardmore. The girl's parents had found his obscene text messages and a photograph (not of his face) after grounding their daughter and taking her phone. Powell was 'shocked' when he arrived at the Ardmore City Park and found LE waiting for him instead of a young girl.


Powell was charged with electronically soliciting a child, traveling to meet a child for sex and transmitting obscene material. He is now out on a $20,000 bond. He is online on his MySpace account at this posting. After seeing his photos, I can see why he might be going after naive (dumb) young'uns.

Preschool Sexual Assault: Teacher, Kristen Carol Barnett, Charged

Alleged Naptime naughtiness at Over the Rainbow preschool.

Nederland, Colorado - Kristen Barnett, 38, a teacher at Over the Rainbow preschool had a special nap time technique for some of the children. The touching came to light when a little girl asked her mother to "rub her butt" at nap time.

According to an arrest warrant, the young girl was at home and lying down for a nap when she asked her mom to "rub her butt," the warrant said. The girl said she wanted her mom to rub "inside like Kristen does," according to the warrant. The child then demonstrated by rolling onto her back and spreading her legs, the warrant said.

The incident was reported in December. Investigators tried several times to interview Barnett about the allegations, but she didn't return their phone calls, according to the warrant. After avoiding speaking to authorities as long as she could, Barnett finally turned herself in after an arrest warrant was issued.

Barnett's husband, Kirk Barnett, is on Nederland's Board of Trustees. She is now back at home after posting a $1,000 bond.

Police Charge Arthur Goodwin In Repeated Rape Of Child

Bond set at $200,000:

Ohio--A Dayton man was arrested by police on Tuesday on charges that he repeatedly raped a 10-year-old child.

Arthur Goodwin, 22, is alleged to have forced the girl to perform sexual acts on him sometime on January 5th, of this year.

According to his above MySpace profile, Goodwin is a recent "proud father" who last logged into his personal account exactly one day before his recent arrest.

He remains at the Hamilton County Justice Center .

Kevin Esler Arrested In XBox Child Porn Case

Louisiana--A Meraux Teenager was arrested by agents working with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement after he allegedly convinced a 12-year-old boy to send him a pornographic cell phone picture.

Kevin D. Esler, 19, also reportedly had been contacting other under aged minors through XBox Live and encouraged them to send sexually explicit pictures of themselves to him.

Agents got a hold of the victim's mother, who had initially given the tip to them.

Esler's phone also contained explicit text messages with an underage girl as well.

Man Pretended To Be Teen On MySpace, Solicited Girls

Suspect held without bail:

A 51-year-old Florida man was arrested earlier this week after he allegedly pretended to be a bisexual teenager in order to befriend girls between the ages of 12 and 15.

William Ciccotto, of Micco, reportedly told detectives that he pretended to be the teen in order to solicit nude pictures from the girls and learn where they were living.

He would later then travel to their homes and watch them.

Ciccotto is said to have posed as a female.

Derrick Valentine Goes Green For Rape & Murder Of Woman

Suspect tries to later kill himself:

A California man is currently facing murder and sexual assault charges after admitting to Nevada state police that he broke into a Las Vegas home and subsequently raped and murdered a woman.

According to a police report, Derrick Valentine, of Pasadena, admitted to breaking into the woman's home with the intention of engaging in a sexual act with the now deceased woman.

After the victim refused, Valentine reportedly forced himself on her and later began to choke her.

Reports state he later released her after she told him she needed a glass of water.

Obviously this wasn't the case as the unidentified woman then ran out of the room and into a garage thus tripping an alarm.

According to the Las Vegas Sun:

"In the report, Valentine said he “knew when she ran he would have to kill her in order to stop her from calling the police."

After making up a story to skeptic detectives, Valentine reportedly then confessed:

"When pressed by detectives, the story changed and in the report Valentine admitted to the killing. Police said he also tried to clean up blood around the house with cleaning products and when that didn’t work he drank some of the products in a failed suicide attempt."

The assault and subsequent murder is being called a case of domestic violence, say police.

Valentine is now facing murder and sexual assault charges in relation to the incident and the once aspiring actor (see above MySpace) is currently being held without bail.
