Autumn Savoy Arrested In Connection With Murder Of Kimberly Cates

Suspect helped throw evidence into river

New Hampshire--A fifth person has been charged in connection with the the early October home invasion and murder of a 42-year-old woman that also left her young 11-year-old daughter severely wounded.

The original story began when police say Brookline residents Steven Spader, 17, and Christopher Gribble, 19, entered the home of nurse Kimberly Lynn Cates, of Mount Vernon and hacked her to death with a machete and a knife. They then entered the room of her 11-year-old daughter and chopped her toes off with the same instrument presumably used to slaughter her mother in a different room.

The motivation identified at the time by investigators was pure curiosity about what it feels like to take the life away from another human being.

Kimberly's husband had been out of town on a business trip, when the incident took place.

William Marks, 18, and Quinn Glover, 17, have also been linked to the attack, but are facing lesser charges of burglary, robbery and burglary conspiracy.

The items that had been taken from the home were later sold at a pawn shop for a reported $200.00.

The aforementioned 5th suspect, 20-year-old Autumn Savoy, was arrested yesterday.

He has been charged with two counts of hindering apprehension and one count of conspiracy to commit hindering apprehension or prosecution.

Brian Eberhardt Convicted Of Possessing Child Porn

Former school police officer found guilty.

Brian Warren Eberhardt, 37, of Baltimore, Maryland has been convicted on three counts of possessing child pornography after a three day trial. He is now on administrative leave without pay, but is expected to be terminated toot sweet.

Eberhardt, an officer for the Baltimore School Police Force, was initially arrested after his ex-girlfriend pawned his old computer. Upon investigation, another computer belonging to him was also found to contain images and videos of child porn.

MySpace: "In my free time I enjoy camping, hiking, photography, and nude recreation."

Eberhardt is scheduled to be sentenced January 19th, and faces up to six years in prison. I hope he serves every lick of it. Speaking of lick, he better start loosening up that tongue. =P

Andrew Borger Convicted Of Sexual Assault Of Boy

An 18-year-old Wisconsin man has been convicted of forcing a 12-year-old boy to have sexual relations with him after admitting to police that he not only sexually abused his victim, but that he also shot him with a BB gun and then proceeded to choke him.

Andrew T. Borger, a self proclaimed "Juggalo" on his below MySpace, told investigators he forced the boy to perform sexual and other related acts on several occasions between the summers of 2007 and 08.

Borger admitted to police that he comitted the crimes only after the victim "refused to follow instructions", according to The Sheboygan Press.

Sentencing has not been set as of yet.

Roger Stotler Arrested In Kiddy Porn Case

West Virgina--A 45-year-old fugitive has been captured by police in the state of Maryland after he reportedly fled his home state on various child pornography related charges.

Roger L. Stotler, of Martinsburg, was taken into custody by patrol officers after they were able to match a vehicle description of Stotler's car given to them by members of the West Virginia State Police.

According to The Herald Mail, child pornography pictures had previously been identified by detectives on a computer owned by Mr. Stotler following a search warrant executed in early October.

He is currently being held without bond.

Shaun Green Arrested In Rape Of 4-Year-Old

Police in the state of Illinois have arrested a Henry man on charges that he sexually assaulted a 4-year-old child.

Shaun Edwin Green, 31, is accused of raping the child between July 2004 and August of 2005.

The alleged victim was said to have been raped shortly before her 8th birthday.

Bond was set at an absurd $5,000 cash.

Buddhist Meat Cutter Jeremy Eckert Charged With Child Porn

Bond set at $10,000:

A 25-year-old Wisconsin man was arrested last week at his home in which shares with his mother and step-father on numerous child pornography charges.

Jeremy Eckert, of Appleton, was taken into custody after allegedly admitting to investigators that he downloaded videos and pictures of children engaged in sex with both adults and animals.

Eckert reportedly used a p2p file sharing software to obtain the images and clips.

In one clip a 9-year-old little girl is tied up to a bed and forced to give oral sex to an adult male and a dog.

Eckert has been charged with 10 counts of possession of child pornography and 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a child.

Brian Wilson Arrested In Sex Sting

Florida--A member of the U.S. Coast Guard has been arrested after allegedly masturbating over the Internet to someone whom he believed to be a 14-years-old.

According to Citrus Daily, a detective had been posing as the girl in a Yahoo chat room when the officer was suddenly contacted by 30-year-old Brian S. Wilson, of Beverly Hills.

Not soon thereafter, the married Wilson then reportedly masturbated for the "girl".

The detective then traced Wilson's Yahoo e-mail address and contacted law enforcement working in Citrus County and informed them of their suspect.

Police once again later posed as a teenage girl and entered the chat room. They were quickly contacted by Wilson who then proceeded to masturbate a second time for a 14-year-old.

Officer's later visited Wilson's home and placed him under arrest after he admitting to the allegations.

Ronnie Vongvixay Arrested In Child Porn Case

Suspect admits allegations:

A Pennsylvania teen has been taken into custody after a rather lengthy undercover child pornography investigation.

Ronnie C. Vongvixay, 19, of Quakertown, was charged with 14 counts of possessing child pornography in the alleged incidents.

Vongvixay, who writes on his above MySpace that he loves anime and enjoys marital arts, reportedly signed a statement admitting that he had been searching for child pornography for at least three years now using a p2p file sharing program.

A forensic examination confirmed his statement.

His MySpace is kind of hard to read, however this cache gives us a bit more insight. Pictures are also available here.

MySpace Conversations Lead To Charges

Bail set at $20,000:

A 32-year-old Montana man has been arrested after allegedly soliciting sex from someone whom he believed to be 14-years-old on MySpace.

Jason Allen Sands, of St. Ignatius, came in contact with the girl earlier this year and subsequently was able to obtain her personal phone number through MySpace. He then began texting the teen and told her he wanted to have sex with her, court documents state.

A relative of the minor then contacted police who in turn took over the conversations posing as the teen.

He was quickly arrested after traveling to Missoula where the girl lived.
